Centaurea cyanus is a natural hero for the eye and the delicate eye contours! It is a crucial component known for its soothing, toning, antiseptic, healing, and anti-inflammatory properties. It assists tired and irritated eyes, dark circles, and bags. It reduces inflammation in human skin.

Aloe ferox is celebrated worldwide for its ability to help soothe irritated skin. Not only is aloe ferox packed with water, but it also contains an abundance of skin-friendly substances, including amino acids and essential vitamins. Further, it has been proven to enhance epidermal development in human skin by thickening it. It can speed up wound healing and cell regeneration.  Adding to its anti-inflammatory properties, it also contains antioxidants, acts as an analgesic and a detoxicant and has antiviral and antimicrobial properties! It also calms it is non-irritating.

Stearic Acid occurs in various natural sources, including shea butter and coconut oil. Stearic acid has skin-conditioning properties as well as reduces inflammation.  It can soften and smooth the skin, improving its texture and appearance. It also has hydrating properties, which aid in preventing dryness and flakiness.

Hippophae rhamnoides contains a high proportion of palmitoleic acid in human skin fat. As such, this oil is thought to speed wound healing and keep your skin healthy. It’s rich in unsaturated fat, antioxidants, phytosterols, carotenoids, and vitamins E and K — all of which protect your skin’s integrity and promote its renewal. It improves microcirculation, strengthens blood circulation in the skin, and sustains cell membrane integrity.

Ricinus communis enhances smoothness and softness when applied to facial skin. It helps reduce swelling and puffiness and could also reduce the size of eye bags. It also promotes the growth of healthy skin tissue, making it helpful in restoring uneven skin tones. It is effective as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, and anticancer agent with wound healing properties.

Use:
Use in the evening.  For this delicate area, use your ring finger since it naturally has the lightest touch. You don’t want to put too much pressure on the skin. To apply, start at the inner corner underneath your eye, using small dots in a semi-circle up to your brow bone until you reach the area between your eyes. Gently tap in that semi-circle pattern to stimulate circulation until the product is fully absorbed. Be sure not to pull or stretch the skin while doing this.

Caution:
Always use clean hands when working with a product, as you may contaminate the eye cream and allow dangerous bacteria or fungi to grow. If you experience any discomfort, stop use immediately. If you want to use it daily, use a good sunblock; some ingredients are photo sensitive.
