Description
Benefits:
Hyaluronic acid is one of the critical components in most of our products. It is the main component of what gives your skin structure and is responsible for that plump and hydrated look. Why is hyaluronic acid so magical? For starters, HA can bind up to 1000 times its weight in water! In other words, it functions as a humectant and holds water molecules onto the surface of your skin, and our unique formula also penetrates deep into your skin to keep it nice and hydrated. Everyone is talking about collagen, but HA can do much more for your skin. Studies have shown that after only one month, treatment with HA was the most effective, increasing skin elasticity by 20 percent. Another recent study showed that HA changed the depth of wrinkles, increased moisture in the skin, and increased elasticity around the eye area.
Vitamin B5 attracts and holds moisture in the skin. Its ability to fill the gaps between dead skin cells helps soften the skin, keep it moist and flexible, and prevent dryness. Its main functions are improved wound healing, antiinflammation, and hydrating activities. Vit B5 is a softening, soothing, and anti-irritant agent. It also helps your skin build a barrier against irritation and water loss.
Daucus carota seed oil has antifungal, anti–inflammatory, and antibacterial properties. It also absorbs UVB light and assists with hyperpigmentation with regular use. It is anti-aging and softens fine lines and wrinkles.
Cucumis Sativus is a balancing and moisturizing oil that absorbs quickly into the skin. Some benefits for the skin include antioxidant activity, nourishment, soothing and cooling effects, reduced swelling, and sunburn alleviation. It also aids in de-puffing the eye area and helps to lighten dark circles under the eyes.
1,3,7-Trimethylpurine-2,6-dione, or in simpler terms, good old caffeine (our unique blend), has been proven to help lighten dark circles under the eyes with regular use. It is a vasoconstrictor, making your blood vessels smaller and tighter. When used in skin care, it reduces blood flow to the skin and makes it look brighter and tighter. It’s often seen as an anti-aging or wrinkle-smoothing ingredient in face, eye, and body care. It primarily works through circulation, so it’s fast-acting, protective against oxidative stress, and anti-inflammatory for the skin.
Use:
Use in the morning. For this delicate area, use your ring finger, as it naturally has the lightest touch. Avoid applying too much pressure on the skin. While applying, start at the inner corner beneath your eye, using small dots in a semi-circle up to your brow bone until you reach the area between your eyes. Gently tap over that area to stimulate circulation until the product is fully absorbed. Be sure not to pull or stretch the skin while doing this.
Caution:
Always use clean hands when working with a product, as you may contaminate the eye gel and allow dangerous bacteria or fungi to grow. If you experience any discomfort, stop use immediately.
