It smooths skin’s texture, locks in hydration and can fill in fine lines or wrinkles.

Propanediol 1,3 works to maintain adequate hydration levels in your skin and help active ingredients get into your skin. It reduces inflammation and oiliness and improves skin’s appearance by limiting water loss.  It also helps with product absorption. It also helps keep pores from clogging and helps skin look fresher.
